History of the school

This Primary school at the suburb of Velachery was started in the year 1989. The officers of the AGS colony were willing to provide a five-acre land to start a Primary school in the Velachery area. With the vision of having a feeder school for G.K. Shetty Hindu Vidyalaya Matric. Hr. Sec. School, Adambakkam, the Management acquired the land and built a beautiful Primary school with all the modern facilities. The building was opened by Sri. S. Vedantam, the President of VHVK, in the year. The school is now well-established and provides a good basic education to around 300 students in the locality.
