Annual Guru Pooja Celebrated at Jai Gopal Garodiya Hindu VidyalayaJai Gopal Garodiya Hindu Vidyalaya, West Mambalam, celebrated its Annual Guru Pooja on 9th July 2025 with devotion and grandeur. Padma Bhushan Dr. Ilaiyaraaja graced the occasion as the chief guest, offering blessings and spiritual insights. The event began with prayer and lamp lighting, followed by a student music concert. Dr. Ilaiyaraaja honored his guru, C.R. Subburaman, and shared inspiring words from Bhagavan Ramana Maharishi. Founder Sri S. Vedantam and Dr. Girija Seshadri highlighted the Guru-Shishya tradition. Students presented vibrant cultural performances and offered heartfelt Guru Vandhanam to their teachers.
