The Chief Guest for the occasion was the school’s distinguished alumnus, Mrs. Veena Seshadri (1992 Batch), M.Sc., MS., a renowned Bharatanatyam exponent and teacher. She proudly hoisted the National Flag and distributed prizes to the students, inspiring them with her presence.

Another esteemed alumnus, Mrs. P. V. Vinu, M.Com (CS), Senior Manager, Vivriti Asset Management, released the school journals and graced the event, adding prestige to the celebration.

The Republic Day celebration instilled a deep sense of unity, discipline, and national pride among the students and staff.

With this remarkable achievement, Kishan has been selected to represent Tamil Nadu at the National Level Karate Championship, which will be held in Pune, Maharashtra. Our Correspondent, Dr. Smt. Girija Seshadri, congratulated Kishan on his outstanding performance and encouraged him to continue his dedication and hard work to excel at the Nationals.

Puthiya Thalaimurai organized a district-level “Veetuku Oru Vignani” competition at Sethu Bhaskara M.H.S.S, Ambattur. A total of 350 students from 54 schools participated. S. Karthikeyan and S.H. Hanish of Jaigopal Garodia Hindu Vidyalaya MHSS, West Mambalam, won first prize in the senior category. The state-level competition will be held on November 29, 2025, at Karaikudi. The winners received medals, certificates, prizes, and a shield, while the school was honored with the trophy. Our Correspondent Dr.Smt.Girija Seshadri congragulated the students on their outstanding performance and encouraged them to continue their innovation and hardwork to excel at the State Level.

Students enthusiastically engaged in Shramdaan and undertook a cleanliness drive at the CTU West Mambalam Railway Station. With dedication and team spirit, they contributed to keeping public spaces clean and spreading awareness about theimportance of Swachhata for a healthier and sustainable future.

This initiative not only instilled in the students a sense of responsibility towards the environment but also reinforced the values of community service and collective action.
